Here's a sketch of the real "Blondine" fairy-tale illustration series that I'm doing. Or was, when I had an actual life.. But anyway.
Even though I really like the middle panel, I'm seriously thinking about changing it. I mean, I know it's a fairy tale and all, but practically no bush in the world could support a seven year old well-feed princess, haha. But she just looks so lovely and her hands are so squishy and awww. The first panel (left -> right) is the trickiest one, though. My background drawing experience doesn't go much further than forests or open fields, and it's not supposed to be just some ordinary gate, you know.. Anyway, whenever I get the chance, I'll try and sketch some more. |
